Most of the time, you can have your sample collected for multiple orders within one appointment. There are a few tests (such as glucose testing) that may require a separate appointment due to requirements such as fasting or the need for a longer appointment time.
If you have your appointment confirmation email, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment via the link in the email.

Please be aware that when you visit a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center:
Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged and will receive priority. Please ensure you have your appointment confirmation details to check in when you arrive. If you walk in, you will have to wait for the next available opening. Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you check in more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be served as a walk-in. If you walk in, you will have to wait for the next available opening.
Please ensure you review any fasting or sample collection requirements before attending your appointment.
Some blood tests require that you refrain from eating or drinking anything but water (fasting) prior to having your blood drawn. Please review the product detail page or information in your confirmation email.
Fasting is where you do not eat or drink anything except water before having a lab test – usually for 8 hours or more. If you have prescription medications, you should continue taking them during this time. Please visit www.QuestDiagnostics.com/patients/get-tested/prepare/fasting for additional fasting information.
For tests that require fasting, it provides the most reliable results. If you did not fast and want us to perform the test anyway, we'll note it on the report for reference.
Sign in for your sample collection appointment using the electronic kiosk or, if not available, sign the clipboard at the front desk. Please be prepared to present a valid government issued photo ID.
